Coriander

Coriander: Coriander is herb with many parts like seeds, fruits and leaves but leaves and seed are mostly used as food. It is cultivated in many parts of world, its leaves are used for garnishing dishes and used in salads .seeds are used either raw or in form of powder; as thickening agent and as spice. Coriander is full of nutrients whether in form of leaves or seeds.

It contains many vitamins, minerals, essential oils and antioxidants. It has capability to lower blood sugar and blood cholesterol levels, it also has anti bacterial activity, it is good for digestion and used in diarrhea as well.  It gives relief from bad smell of mouth and mouth ulcers.

Due to anti-inflammatory effects, it is good for skin conditions causing inflammation, inflammatory pain of joints and asthma also. Coriander when crushed with spices is used to make sauces and these sauces are good source of fiber and help in digestion.

Being a green leafy vegetable coriander also contains folate and vitamin A, two important vitamins, folate is required to make new cells and also needed to make red blood cells, prevents lethargy, anemia and weakness. Vitamin A is good for healthy vision and mucous membranes.

A large amount of minerals is also present in coriander, which are also necessary for specific function in body and are part of healthy diet. Coriander should be used in fresh form rather then preserved form to get full nutrients.

Ddhaniya ka phal hai bohat mushoor hai. Masalon ka aam juzu hai. Rang,dana bhura,sag sabz,zaiqa phika aur khush budar,mizaj sard,darja dom khushk,darja dom miqdar khurak 5 masha say 7 masha tak. Maqame paidaish Sindh, panjab kay maidani ilaqa aur Bangladesh mein is ki  kasht ki jati hai.

Tui Koran aur wazika patam ki bandargahon say mumalik ghair ko bakasrat jata hai. Afal-o-istemal,andruni tor kasar riyah, mafrah, muqavi dil-o-dimagh, bukharat dimagh mein charhnay ko rokta hai aur khafqan,viswas sadar dawa ko mufid hai. Madau ko bhi quwat bakhashta hai aur daston ko band karta hai. Dhaniya beruni tor par maskan tasir hai.

Iss ki kulli mun kay josh aur galay kay dard ko nafeh hai. Dhaniya sabz ka pani ankh mein tapkanay say chechak ka abla ankh mein nahin parta aur oram harim ko tehlil karnay kay liye is mein munasib adwiya mila kar lagatay hain.

Dhaniya khanay say neend khoob ati hai aur maday say jo bukharat janib dimagh uthtay hain Woh khatam hojatay hain. Sabz ya khushk dhaniya misri milakar pinay say aur khushk dhaniya koot kar manind niswar nak say niswar lainay say garmi kay iyyam mein naksir ana band hojati hai. Aur aisay hi agar dhaniya ka istemal karwain to bawasir ka khoon ziyadah ana aur khoon surkh ziyadah behna band hojata hai.

Khushk dhaniya koot kar khanay ya tazah dhaniya ka ras misri mila kar pinay say paishab kam ana,jal kar ana,ya ruk ruk kar ana khatam hojata hai.

Do hissa dhaniya ¾ hissa kali mirach aur hasbe zaiqa namak alag alag peec kar chan lain aur 3 mashay subha o sham khatay rahain. Pait ka gas, pakhana, bad hazmi, antriyon ki kamzori aur pait ki jumla kharabiyon kay liye yeh aksir azam hai.
