Cluster Beans: Cluster beans are green beans similar to peas grown in many parts of India and Pakistan, seeds are arranges in clusters in leafy covering that is why the name cluster beans. Cluster beans are very healthy, mild vegetable carrying all goodness of green beans.

It contains a lot of fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Cluster beans can be a good substitute of proteins in vegetarians who do not use meat as a source of proteins. High fiber content is very healthy for lowering cholesterol, maintaining ideal weight and in keeping digestive tract in good condition.
