Luffa

Luffa: Commonly known as taroi in Urdu, luffa or sponge gourd belongs to the family of cucumber, pumpkins and ash gourd. It is also called sponge gourd because its fibrous part is dried and used as bath sponge. Luffa is conical or cylindrical green vegetable, these are rich in fiber with small seeds, which are also edible.

These are most commonly grown in Asia and china. These are full of carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and many anti-inflammatory substances.

They have very soothing and cooling effect on body, it is useful in fever; because of low amount of calories less heat is produced and thereby having cooling effect and lower temperature in fevers.

It is also excellent diet in jaundice, because it contains substances which remove toxins from body and good for liver function, it should be given to ill people  who are in recovery phase of diseases, because it is very mild and easily digestible , it  is useful in diarrhea , gastric ulcers and dysentery.

In old people, it is good source of nutrients as well as put little burden on intestines. luffa has got with a lot of fiber thus relieves constipation, helps in abdominal bloating and flatulence,  lowers cholesterol levels,  and also help in weight loss. 

A lot of vitamin act as antioxidant, protect body from major diseases, cancers, and delay aging process. It also contains several essential minerals important for health. Luffa sponge is used as bath scrub, removes dead cells from skin, and gives skin a natural glow.

Yeh do qisam ki hoti hai. ghiya tori ,is ki beruni satah chakni o mulaim aur ziyadah sabz hoti hai tori jis p ar ubhri huee lakirain hoti hain is ko mongi tori kehtay hain. Mizaj sard tar,khoon aur garmi kay josh ko kam karti hai.

Paishab ko kholti hai. jisam kay mukhtalif aza say khoon anay kay liye fanah ha. Bhook lagati hai. qabz kusha hai. tori ki sabzi banakar is mein pisi huee kali mirach milakar bukhar kay mariz ko yeh ras pilanay say bukhar utar jata hai.

Sal bhar khaee jati hai aur paida hoti hai aik bail ka phal hai jis ki do qismain hain. Lakirdar chilkay dar aur chiknay hamwar chilkay wali.

 Doosri qisam ki tori ki bailain darakhton par charhadi jain to ziyadah phailti hain aik tori aur doosri ko ghiyar tori kaha jata hai.

Ghiya tori ki jild mulaim aur chikni hoti hai aur is ka rang ziyadah sabz hota hai. tori kay jisam par dhiri dhiri say lakirain huwa karti hain.

Vitamin C aur glucose is ka maghaz bhi pani ki terha mufid hai. gharib aur kam amdani walon kay liye yeh sabzi garmiyon mein aik khuda ki nemat lazawal hai basharte kay isay kati huee halat mein na kharida gaya ho.

Sub ha suibha isay khana bay had mufid hai is ka mizaj sard tar hai is kay khanay ki koee miqdar nahin jis qadar aap isay hazam karsakain kha saktay hain.

Bukhar kay mariz ko tori ka salan kali mirach mila kar diya jai ti ukhar ko aram ajata hai aur is ka shorba bukhar zadah kay mun ka zaiqa durust kardaita hai aur maday ko durust kardaita hai. tori bawasir kodurust kardaiti hai.

Qabz kusha hai aur isay khanay say bhook lagti hai aur khud jald hazam hojati hai. Bawasir, sozak aur paishab kay liye bay had mufid hai magar isay gosht kay baghair khana ziyadah mufid hai.
Hararat ko taskin dainey mein tori sab say behtar hai.

Tori ko srdi say paida hone wali bimariyon mein khana mufid nahin hai aur sard mizaj logon kay liye yeh mufid sabzi nahin hai.
