Ingredients:
• 1-3 teaspoons psyllium husks
• Warm water
Directions:
1. Stir psyllium husks into a 250-ml (8-ounce) glass of warm water and drink once a day. Follow with a glass of plain water.
2. Drink 6 to 8 additional glasses of water throughout the day.
